Moms/ladies: Request feminine products

Basic Needs for Children - Birth to 6 years

FAM provides diapers, clothes, and car seats to eligible clients with children ranging in age
from newborn to six years.

To be eligible for assistance, all clients must provide the following:
  Social Security Card
  Picture Identification
  Birth Certificate or Confirmation of Birth for all children
  Food Stamps Letter
  Income within the last 30 days including employment, SSI, child support, unemployment, and TANF.
 
Exceptions to income:
  Students over 18 years of age with current letter of enrollment
 
Clients who have had a loss of income within 30 days (involuntary loss of employment or loss of employment hours) are eligible for assistance with separation notice or letter from employer.
